Public Affairs – Revising a Regulatory Process for Industry Growth
Amid growing worldwide demand for cranberries, Wisconsin’s cranberry industry saw the opportunity to grow and create more jobs and economic activity in the state. Zeppos & Associates designed a strategic public affairs effort to target government leaders at the highest levels, as well as media, environmental groups, third-party supporters, cranberry growers, industry leaders and others to help streamline the expansion review process. Within three months, the goal was met, paving the way for the cranberry industry’s expansion in Wisconsin.
Judge’s comment: “This was an extremely well thought-out and executed plan. No stone was left uncovered and communication was open via all channels.”
